For Front Door Delivery, you must have someone present at delivery for unloading the furniture off the end of the truck, and we recommend a couple of others to assist, depending on the size of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to take the furniture inside the home. We will not enter the home with the front door delivery option. The delivery will be made with only the driver. All items blanket-wrapped and strapped down for safe travel. You are responsible for assembling your furniture.

The Modesto 5pc Bedroom Set evokes a feeling of the Old West with its flared legs and exposed tenons. The bed is available with a solid panel headboard and footboard. The set features traditional black Mission Hardware. Also standard on the Modesto are 1″ square Mission tops. All drawer fronts are flush, and doors have recessed panels. Drawer boxes are dovetailed.
